Sliding Scale

Sliding scale is available to individuals without insurance coverage and experiencing financial limitations. Please inquire for my sliding scale rate during our free meet and greet. Number of slots are allocated for sliding scale rates, and currently there are spaces available. Should I reach my maximum capacity for sliding scale rates, and you require the sliding scale fee, you will be placed on a wait-list.

Undue Hardship

While these services can be beneficial for you, it is my hope that the cost of psychotherapy does not create undue hardship and become a source of stress for you. There are various options, private and community agencies, that provide great counselling services for free or at low cost. If this is the route you wish to take, I would be happy to be of assistance and provide recommendations.
