I can help you gain more insight and awareness into yourself, your patterns and tendencies. To better understand how it impacts you, your relationships, and help guide you to reconnect with your true authentic self and improve your sense of self worth.
If you are unhappy with yourself or with life despite your accomplishments, and are extremely negative or critical with yourself:
My hope is to provide you with a safe space to be vulnerable and to talk about your difficult feelings. To help you understand and manage your feelings better so that over time you may gain clarity and new insights about yourself and your needs.
